Your pack shipment

Shipping is provided via Czech Post (Worldwide) or Packeta (Europe). If your order is below $35, it's being shipped without tracking number. Usually, it takes 5 - 60 days to arrive, depending on country of delivery.

You can also choose EMS shipping for extra fee. This service, called Express Mail Service takes about a week to deliver. You can track your package

Standart shipping with tracking number is a service provided by Czech Post. You can track the package with tracking number, regardless of the amount of the order.

We reccomend using Czech Post website to track the package, or use universal tracking service such as 17Track.net

Our products are being shipped carefuly packed. We are using recycled boxes and packaging materials to save the enviroment.
